Having a good, low-key day so far. Erica’s in a good mood. I finished the line art for my next drawing of her. I mentioned last night that I’m super excited for this one… There’s a lot of fun detail in the wrinkles and tulle of her shirt, and this is the first time I read more

I missed a day. I was still in pain and didn’t do much yesterday, but I did finally catch a pic of Erica gripping her food tray on her high chair with her toes. Been trying to get that pic for weeks, but she stopped doing it for a while. That was exciting. Today I read more

Rough night, though not really because of Erica. The animals were a lot. They’re not great at sharing bed space. Nate even ended up having to move to the guest bedroom cuz Merlin kept messing with his knees. Erica did wake up at like 730 but once Nate woke up for work he also watched read more

We went on another walk today and it was amazing. We met a couple in the neighborhood with a lil boy Erica’s age and exchanged numbers, so that’s interesting maybe? I was like, “is this weird?” and the fellow mom was like, “I dunno, is this what parents do?” He was their first kid too read more
